We ship to 150+ countries around the globe. Some major countries that we don't ship to are China, Phillipines, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Argentina, Africa, countries currently in war and remote islands/countries/territories.Â
Delivery time varies from country to country. In general our order takes 1-4 weeks to arrive excluding 1-5 days processing time, check our shipping policy to know in detail.
You will receive tracking number by Email once your order has been shipped. Use that tracking number on our Track Your Order Page. If you don't receive tracking information even after 7 days of placing an order then contact us.
Tracking number may take 5-7 days to update so we request you to wait until it gets updated. If your tracking number is not working even after 7 days please contact us.
If the tracking info shows the parcel is in transit from many days, it means that your package is still being sent to your local courier (USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, Canada Post, etc). Once it arrives the chosen courier will update the tracking information, which will reflect on our systems.
